Groups like Judicial Watch are providing the intellectual backstop for these activities. <br /><br />Not only will the voter ID law deliver Pennsylvania to Mitt Romney, but Democrats in districts with nearly equal numbers of Democrats and Republicans will defeat Democratic candidates (whether incumbents or challengers), tilting the state further red.
