NYT: "Rove Won't Be Charged in C.I.A. Leak Case"

I'm with the guy who just called into C-SPAN's Washington Journal who said:
"Now that Karl Rove is 'innocent,' he can go out and help OJ find the 'real killers.'"

    that is because there is nothing to charge him with because there is no evidence. See, in America people are innocent until PROVEN guilty.
