The Allegheny Democratic Party will kick off its "Pay It Back, Rick" grassroots campaign to call on Rick Santorum to reimburse Pennsylvania taxpayers for the $55,000 that state taxpayers paid for his family members' tuition expenses. Santorum recently acknowledged on NBC's "Meet the Press" that he only lives "maybe a month a year" in Pennsylvania.
That's right, folks. Lil Ricky didn't just screw over Penn Hills, he did it to us all.
