When a war criminal like Henry Kissinger says:
"If you mean by 'military victory' an Iraqi government that can be established and whose writ runs across the whole country, that gets the civil war under control and sectarian violence under control in a time period that the political processes of the democracies will support, I don't believe that is possible," he told the British Broadcasting Corp.Notice also how Kissinger (who obviously chooses his words carefully) states things: "an Iraqi government...that gets the civil war under control." He puts it in the present tense with no qualifiers.
So not only does the say military victory isn't possible, he says there's a civil war. Now.
Bad. Bad for Dubya.

'Fraid I have to disagree.
Bush has screwed things up so badly that he's already at the very bottom. Anything that changes from here can only be beneficial to his administration and his legacy.
