It's A Weekday, And That Means That Wendy Bell Is LYING. Again.

Yesterday's BS Board From Wendy Bell Radio:

You'll note that Wendy leaves out the most important part of the "audit" Cyber Ninja put together. This part, from the "audit's" Executive Summary:

On the positive side there were no substantial differences between the hand count of the ballots provided and the official election canvass results for Maricopa County. This is an important finding because the paper ballots are the best evidence of voter intent and there is no reliable evidence that the paper ballots were altered to any material degree.

We talked about this only yesterday, Wendy. Did you miss it? I'm pretty sure you read this blog. Didn't Brock forward it to you when I post the link on twitter?

Biden won Arizona. The Cyber Ninja "audit" even says so. That's the bottom line, Wendy. Everything else is right wing propaganda aimed at undermining democracy.

But I suspect you already knew that.

Anyway, let's look at some of Wendy's numbers to see if there's been an more credible explanation than what Wendy spews.

9,041: Maricopa County explained in a series of tweets (I'll thread them together for easy reading):

CLAIM: 9,041 more ballots returned by voters than received BOTTOM LINE: This suggests a lack of understanding about how EV 33 files work. It’s not unusual for more ballots to be returned by voters than received.

EXPLANATION: The majority of these involve cases where voters returned a ballot without a signature or with a signature discrepancy. In those cases, election staff contact the voter to ensure their vote counts.

The most common reasons for a single voter having multiple entries in the EV 33 file are:

  •  a voter sent back an envelope unsigned
  •  there’s a signature discrepancy

A record for the original ballot is entered into the EV 33 file (where we track returned ballots). A second entry is recorded when a ballot envelope is signed or the signature discrepancy is resolved.

The appropriate conclusion to draw from this finding is that the early voting team was performing their statutory-required responsibility by reviewing signatures on all returned mail-in ballots.

23,344: Maricopa also explained this number:

Then there was this tweet with a screen shot from the report itself:

Wait. What?

Wendy (and/or Brock) didn't you research this? I mean fully research this?

Part of that research would have been to present evidence (actual evidence) showing why Maricopa County's explanations are false.

You failed to do that.

So either you didn't bother to fully research this before going "on air" or you did and decided not to tell your vast vast audience.

Either way, you're lying to them.
