Peduto to Announce on Monday

The Post-Gazette's Early Returns column has City Councilman Bill Peduto to officially announce his candidacy for mayor this Monday.

    He's not.

    Someone may be referring to the free hot dogs they had for volunteers during his last campaign -- but you could choose between meat or veggie.
