Phil Waldron (Col, US Army, Retired) Is In The News! (With Questions for Pennsylvanis State Senator Dout Mastriano)

This hit the newsstand this weekend:

A retired U.S. Army colonel who circulated a proposal to challenge the 2020 election, including by declaring a national security emergency and seizing paper ballots, said that he visited the White House on multiple occasions after the election, spoke with President Donald Trump’s chief of staff “maybe eight to 10 times” and briefed several members of Congress on the eve of the Jan. 6 riot.

Phil Waldron, the retired colonel, was working with Trump’s outside lawyers and was part of a team that briefed the lawmakers on a PowerPoint presentation detailing “Options for 6 JAN,” Waldron told The Washington Post. He said his contribution to the presentation focused on his claims of foreign interference in the vote, as did his discussions with the White House.

A version of the presentation made its way to the White House chief of staff, Mark Meadows, on Jan. 5. That information surfaced publicly this past week after the congressional committee investigating the insurrection released a letter that said Meadows had turned the document over to the committee.

In that article we find this:

The Waldron team’s 36-page presentation includes several slides that were previously published elsewhere, including graphs purporting to show “vote injections” in key states including Arizona and Pennsylvania.

Some of the graphs appeared in a Nov. 24 blog post by Patrick Byrne, the founder and former chief executive of Overstock.com. The following day, Waldron held up a copy of the Pennsylvania graph when he testified in support of Giuliani at a meeting with state legislators in Gettysburg. Waldron claimed that the graph showed “spike anomalies” that were signs of fraud.

That would be this meeting - arranged by Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano.

And then there's this:

Waldron told The Post that he also attended a Nov. 25 meeting with Trump and several Pennsylvania legislators in the Oval Office. A person familiar with that meeting confirmed Waldron’s presence.

And:

Waldron said he joined the Pennsylvania lawmakers in the Nov. 25 meeting with Trump in the Oval Office. During that period, the president was meeting with legislators from key states and urging them to reject the official vote counts in their states, according to previous reports.

Guess who was also at that meeting (though he had to leave quickly)?

That's right

A Pennsylvania state senator abruptly left a West Wing meeting with President Donald Trump after being informed he had tested positive for the coronavirus, a person with direct knowledge of the meeting told The Associated Press on Sunday.

Republican state Sen. Doug Mastriano had gone to the White House last Wednesday with like-minded Republican state lawmakers shortly after a four-hour-plus public meeting that Mastriano helped host in Gettysburg — maskless — to discuss efforts to overturn president-elect Joe Biden’s victory in the state.

Trump told Mastriano that White House medical personnel would take care of him, his son and his son’s friend, who were also there for the Oval Office meeting and tested positive. The meeting continued after Mastriano and the others left, the person said.

How well does Phil Waldron (Col, US Army, retired) know State Senator Mastriano (Col, US Army, Retired)? Well he said this at that hearing in Gettysburg:

Good afternoon Senator, Colonel and gentlemen, ladies. My name is Phil Waldron. I’m a retired Army Colonel, 30 years. I spent the first half of my career just like Colonel Mastriano here as a calvary officer conducting armed reconnaissance, counter reconnaissance. Last half of my career spent in information warfare as a psychological operations officer and information operations officer, conducted computer network operations, electronic warfare, special electronic warfare, deception, counter deception and op sec and a couple of other specialties.

Did you know that Doug Mastriano was also in Military Intelligence?

Yes, he was.

Senator Mastriano, how well do you know Phil Waldron? You were both at your Gettysburg meeting as well as at the White House right after. Did you two ever discuss that PowerPoint presentation he took to the White House? Ever meet over beers to trade Army stories?

How deeply embedded are you in Trump's attempted coup?
