Celebrate Labor Day! Parade! Rally!

Pittsburgh has one of the largest Labor Day Parades in the country. Come out and see the floats, listen to the bands, support the candidates, and celebrate the unions who created the Middle Class in this country!

Labor Day Parade:
When: Today! 10 AM
Where: Mellon Arena (begins at Washington Place and heads down Centre Avenue to Sixth Avenue, onto Grant Street, and down the Boulevard of the Allies, with a reviewing stand at the United Steelworkers of America building).

Kathryn Hens-Greco Supporters @ the Parade:
Kathryn Hens-Greco has been endorsed by the Labor Council for Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. She and her supporters will be marching in the parade. If you want to march as a supporter: meet by 10:00 AM near the Civic Arena.
When: Today! By 10 AM

Minimum Wage Rally:
Following the Pittsburgh Labor Day parade on Monday, Governor Rendell will announce his initiative to raise Pennsylvania's minimum wage.
When: Today! 12:45 pm
Where: United Steelworkers Building, Gateway 5 Plaza (Corner of Stanwix St and Blvd of the Allies)
