I still do not have service on my Verizon DSL line, as I did not have Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
Verizon told me yesterday that the problem was occurring on a line outside my home and would be fixed late last night or early this morning. Now they are telling me that it will be fixed between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM today because they have a "heavy workload."
I think they are a load.
