There's a new blog in town!

Much like the Lie Like Luke blog, this one also has a specific focus.

Its mission?

To get voters to write in "Bill Peduto" for Mayor in the May primary:

http://writeinbillpeduto.com

Can Bill Peduto win with a write-in vote in May?

Of course not!

But, it would be funny, say, if he got two or three thousand votes as that's all Luke Ravenstahl got to get where he is now.

And don't forget, the new machines make it easy to write in a candidate.

Politics is about the future, not about the past.

In my not so humble opinion, it would be much better to write in a candidate who said he is going to run against Luke Ravenstahl in the fall of 2007.

I'm running. I invite you to make a write in vote of protest that can be more effective and can grow in the weeks and months to come.

Make a write in vote that reads, Mark Rauterkus.

Good definitions of irony:

1. The continued dramatic usage of the slogan "BELIEVE"

2. Asking for my name and contact info while providing none of your own

Just to be clear: while I don't know the name of the person who created this website, I do know that it's not coming from the Peduto Camapign.

Do you think Jim Motznik could be behind it?

(just joking)

I'm sure some regressive progressive wearing blinders and undying loyalty that's kiling us is at the helm of that ship.

(hardly joking)

Yes, 'ship' -- as ships that pass in the night.

So, you're pointing to the Admiral??

What a terrible blog that is.

My keyboard must have been possessed by hinting at the admiral and the ships statement.

I hadn't even pondered that possibility. He went out on duty -- and then bang -- this shows up.

Humm....

I just hope he wasn't with those Brits.

I don't know who is behind it. I don't care much either. Folks can keep their privacy around me, as its the Libertarian thing to sustain.
