Saving Pittsburgh's Paramount Pictures Film Exchange Building


Pittsburgh City Council will hold a final public hearing on designating the Paramount Pictures Film Exchange building as a City Historic Landmark today, January 12th at 1:30 p.m.

Built in 1926, the Paramount Pictures Film Exchange served as the sole distribution point for major motion pictures between Hollywood and local theaters. It's now in danger of becoming a UPMC warehouse.
