Well, yes, HTTT, the Media Matters report you link to reports that Fox News is ignoring facts and claiming that the Obama stimulus is failing, a couple of months after it passed Congress.
As for the graph, from a right wing blog citing another blog, I believe the Media Matters report you cite might well address that.

The reason that we should ignore this graph by Obama’s economic team to promote the stimulus plan is the 4th quarter GDP numbers were worse than expected.
