She has been active both in organizations of lawyers and on boards in the community. Ms. Donohue has also acted in a quasi-judicial role as a member of the Disciplinary Board of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Pennsylvania Court of Judicial Discipline. She is rated "highly recommended" by the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Her combination of extensive legal experience and humble roots make for an outstanding nominee.

And, as someone reminded me in an email today, the Superior Court is often the last court to hear cases because the Supreme Court in Pennsylvania can pick and choose which cases it will hear.
