If this is true...

Murray Waas over at The American Prospect is saying:
White House deputy chief of staff Karl Rove did not disclose that he had ever discussed CIA officer Valerie Plame with Time magazine reporter Matthew Cooper during Rove’s first interview with the FBI, according to legal sources with firsthand knowledge of the matter.

If it's true, then the Republicans will finally have a real perjurer on their hands.

Remember, it's not about the leaking, it's about the lying.

Even if this is not true, Rove can be prosecuted for perjury because he was the source, then he said he got his info from Novak.
