The above quote is by Tom DeLay referring to Hillary Clinton. Worse still, he made the comment to MSNBC's Chris Matthews who didn't exactly chime in to disagree. The entire conversation is gag-worthy with Matthews fawning all over the disgraced DeLay (though Matthews gag reflex appears to have been surgically removed -- all the better for his line of work).
