Democracy Has Prevailed.

Democratic Women

Michelle Obama gave a warm, engaging, pitch-perfect speech last night. It built layer by layer to a beautiful close which asked the American people to listen to their hopes instead of their fears and to commit to "building the world as it should be."

Of course as a Democratic woman -- especially as the wife of a Democrat seeking the presidency -- she started out at a deficit.

First, she had to prove that she wasn't a crazy, ball-busting bitch.

We all know that the wives of Republican candidates are God-fearin' women who love their husbands and love their country and have all perfected the Nancy Reagan staring-on-adorably-at-hubby pose along side their spouses (especially if hubby has been caught sharing a bed or bathroom stall with someone other than the little Mrs.).

Whereas, we all know (via Republicans and the MSM) that Democratic wives are CRAZY ASS BITCHES who would soon as castrate you as look at you.

Teresa Heinz Kerry was a CRAZY BITCH who'd say any crazy ol' thing and was a Sugar Mama to her weak husband. Michelle Obama is a CRAZY BITCH and oh-my-god-scary-angry-black-woman who hates her country. And then, there's the ultimate CRAZY BITCH, Hillary Clinton, who killed her lover Vince Foster when she wasn't busy being a crazy lesbian and who just wouldn't go away and die like she was supposed to during the primary (thanks to those on the left who helped promote that wingnut meme).

The corollary to the Democratic Wife CRAZY BITCH Rule is the Democratic Male Presidential Candidate as a WEAK FOREIGN WEIRDO Rule.

Al Gore was so "feminized" according to that leftist rag writer Maureen Dowd, that "he's practically lactating." John Kerry was weak and French for godsakes! Barack is a "anorexic starlet" Paris Hilton celebrity who is even more foreign than Kerry!

They are all too weak and femme to be trusted with this nation's security.

After all, if they were REAL MEN, they wouldn't have such CRAZY BITCH wives. REAL MEN -- like Republican politicians -- know how to treat a woman (you divorce her when she becomes sick/old, call her a cunt and offer her up to a crowd of bikers for their inspection).

Anyhoo, eighty-eight years ago today the 19th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States was officially ratified and women achieved the right to vote. On the eve of this anniversary, Michelle Obama made reference to that:

"It is because of their will and determination that this week, we celebrate two anniversaries: the 88th anniversary of women winning the right to vote, and the 45th anniversary of that hot summer day when Dr. King lifted our sights and our hearts with his dream for our nation.

I stand here today at the crosscurrents of that history — knowing that my piece of the American dream is a blessing hard won by those who came before me. All of them driven by the same conviction that drove my dad to get up an hour early each day to painstakingly dress himself for work. The same conviction that drives the men and women I've met all across this country..."
Moreover, she graciously remarked on the significance of Hillary Clinton's candidacy:

"People like Hillary Clinton, who put those 18 million cracks in the glass ceiling, so that our daughters — and sons — can dream a little bigger and aim a little higher."
Here's her speech in case you missed it:

i watched on c-span, so that i didn't have to be subjected to the punditry. even msnbc was pushing the "hillary division" crap on everyone. did you see the anne curry interview with nancy pelosi? could she have asked one more question about hillary?? c'mon!

it was a very moving speech, a very moving night. i was in tears more than once.

John K: I will say this though, you are right about male Democratic Presidential candidates.  They have been feminized (except for Bubba Clinton)  And I wish I had come up with the comment about Gore lactating.  It fits.  And it should also be pointed out that even though Bubba Clinton was the exception, all those Democratic women wanted Bubba to sleep with them.  Liberals are never happy.

John K: Rosie O'Donnell, as she was leaving the view, described herself as a "fat, loudmouthed lesbian".  Now no one, on either side, ever described her as such.  That was a self description.  She wanted someone to refer to her in those terms but only she used them to describe herself.  So we have to ask where does the term CAB come from?  Never heard that used by the left or the right. I never used it. So is that also a self description of liberal women?  And do they really hope that someone will use that term to describe them?  And why would they do that?  If someone does I would like to know their name and affiliation.  So to post a description of that then assume it has been used tells me more about what the writer thinks than actuality.

I was listening to the caller feedback on C-SPAN, and quite a bit of it was repugnant. The whole "birth certificate" BS, Michelle not being "genuine" and sounding "fake", that BS. If people really believe that crap, then this country is f**ked.

John K: But no one called Michelle Obama a CAB now did they.  And that was what the orginal post was all about.  As for Michelle Obama, in her own words she was never proud of America until a few months ago.  And then after a few more gaffes, like telling people they should work at low paying jobs (Zanesville) she got a make over and this is the new improved Michelle Obama.

John K: Seeing as how last night was also a tribute to Ted Kennedy did they mention him driving off a bridge and failing to report the accident?  Did they mention any of the accusations of rape against the Kennedy clan.  Some of which he was accused of?  Nah, probably not. Did Carolyn mention her dad swimming naked in the White House pool with White House female interns.  Nah. LMAO

JohnK is still having sexual issues about his mother.

funny. even tweetie mentioned that certain things with regard to teddy kennedy should be off limits.

guess not.

do you really want to open up a dialogue about the misdeeds of members of washington royalty?

let's talk about the young man that little laura killed in a car accident in 1963.

lets talk about the friend the cheney shot in the face during a drunken duck hunt.

let's talk about the 4 planes that mccain crashed into the ground before he was finally captured.

let's talk about prescott bush's involvement with the nazis.

let's talk about neil bush who ran the s&l industry into the ground after getting rich from it.

let's talk about jeb bush, who rigged an election for his brother.

really??? you really want to dredge up the past?

John K is unconsiously most resentful that those 'feminized men' he attempts to berate have succeeded far more in their intimacies-- whether we be straight, bisexual or gay--than he could ever in five of his lifetimes...

As he listens to Rush all day and night, he is pathetically compensating for how he could not even cope to imagine what may be going on elsewhere, in their privacies.

A mail-order Limbaugh cigar will have to do for him (plus some Levitra, if our little guy has the means illegally/legally to obtain it).

Poor John.

i loved her speech. i think she is a classy human being!

there are things in ted kennedy's long history that i have questioned, there is NO question that he has championed the cause of ordinary americans versus the extremely wealthy throughout his long career.

how anyone could watch him last night and watch his family reacting as he spoke and not be moved to tears.

anyone that has faced a loved one's fatal illness can relate to the emotions they had.

the fact that he pushed himself to be there for the party and obama speaks volumes to his basic charater and his belief that obama is the best choice to be our next president.

oh, and obama's sister's speech was very good as well.

John K: What you saw last night was a repackaged Hussein Obama and his wife.  That speech was designed to appeal to white middle class families.  Nothing like Michelle was saying during the primary.  So which Michelle Obama is classy?

Sherry Pasquarello said...

she has always been classy.

John K. said...

John K: So Michelle Obama was classy when she said was not proud of America.  She was classy when she said women should take service jobs.  She was classy sitting in Rev. Wright's church. LMAO LMAO Oh man the definition of classy.  Laura Bush is classy.  Michelle Obama is so angry they had to remake her to package her to the general public.  McCain can take a vacation till Nov 1st, come out and make a speech and still win this election.
