Now that Sen. Arlen Specter's switching to be a Democrat, let's keep the pressure on him so he votes like a PENNSYLVANIA Democrat and not a "conservadem" from Nebraska or the South.

I hate to have to state the obvious, but our other Senator is not exactly the picture of a left-leaning liberal democrat.
I think the centrist/moderate model fairly accurately defines the majority electorate in Pennsylvania.
Anyone that thinks Specter will be, or can be persuades to be a party-line voting Democrat is kidding themselves. He wasn't that guy as a Republican Senator, why would that suddenly change?
Middle is middle, and he is middle-left or middle-right on any given day.
Oh...And while I am here, I have read you guys for quite a while. How's about some link love?
