Obama prepping thousands of lawyers for election

By MIKE BAKER
Associated Press

OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) -- President Barack Obama's campaign has recruited a legion of lawyers to be on standby for this year's election as legal disputes surrounding the voting process escalate.

Thousands of attorneys and support staffers have agreed to aid in the effort, providing a mass of legal support that appears to be unrivaled by Republicans or precedent.

And, this isn't about protecting the Kenyan Mooslim 1/2 Breed, either.

Wow, CM. Nice racism.

When you see the voter suppression efforts the Republicans are doing around the country, it makes sense that an army of lawyers will be needed to ensure a fair election.

Ah, the race card. Never leave home without it. If you're a liberal.

Apathy = Voter Supression.

Yeah, that works.

Also, some people shouldn't be allowed to vote because they will only vote for those promising more freebies... instead of getting off their fat asses and work for a living. Yes, I said it.

And, those types think you said constitution is intestine cramps instead of the Constitution.

CM, from the Wikipedia page on corporate welfare - "According to the Cato Institute, the U.S. federal government spent $92 billion on corporate welfare during fiscal year 2006. Recipients included Boeing, Xerox, IBM, Motorola, Dow Chemical, and General Electric."

Should we keep the executives and employees of these corporations from voting?
