Not only the visible sweat on his upper lip, but his frozen smile looked (to me) increasingly queasy, like the burrito he had at dinner was arguing with his large intestine.
Yes, he really looked ill for awhile! I was almost waiting for him to pull a Bush (41) and upchuck all over the stage,
