Visit your local Obama office. Display a yard sign (and give several others to neighbors, particularly those along arterial routes or at busy corners). Get Obama-Biden literature and knock on 100 doors. Volunteer to work on Election Day. Donate a few dollars. Write a letter to the editor. Ask your local Democratic Committee how you can help. Devote a few hours to a voter registration drive.

It's that, or risk inflicting another term of a Republican White House on your country.

You seem a little scared, infinonymous ;)

Scared of what?

Chickenhawks?

Not hardly. At heart, they're pure chicken.

Hell, I'm scared.
McCain might actually be scarier than Bush.

First, check the electoral college map. There's a lot of ground for Republicans to make up (even if you discount the prevailing winds), and the old man and the sarcastic woman are not good bets to cover that kind of ground.

Second, visit the Obama campaign office and offer to do what you can.

Both of these should make you feel much better.

I love how this video uses insight from Pat Buchanan--a far-right, racist, nutjob to smear John McCain. Have you ever read his book? The man is not to be taken seriously.

Trying to discredit a good man like John McCain with the statements made by Buchanan will only backfire on you leftists. How can you trust what pat says? He thinks the Mexican government is trying to take over the southwestern United States, god's sake.

Let's hope there is no photograph of Gov. Palin wearing a Buchanan button . . .

oops.
