Attempted Citizen's Arrest Of Karl Rove

From Newser:
(Newser) – A protester attempted to slap the cuffs on Karl Rove in San Francisco yesterday, in what she called a citizen's arrest for treason, the LA Times reports. Rove was having a debate with former Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell at a mortgage bankers' convention when a well-dressed woman walked onstage and asked why no women were present. Then she pulled out the handcuffs and moved in on Rove, at which point a security guard intervened and she was pulled away.

John K: See how sick the left wing kooks are? Then figure that with Hussein Obama president he will give code pink the authority to arrest people. That is until they arrest a liberal. LOL LOL

John K: Also left wingers don't forget, that if Hussein Obama does not get elected they will riot in Detroit, Oakland, Philadephia and Chicago. The left wing kooks really admire banana republic politics.

So Dave gives the OK Citizen's Arrest for Treason of anyone I disagree with.
Maybe I should show up at John McIntire's/Bill Maher Real Time clone "BIG ASS POLITICAL PANEL/COMEDY SHOW!" with some handcuffs.

Cheering on this moonbat is more idiotic then anything Sarah Palin says.

I see your point.
trea·son
1. the offense of acting to overthrow one's government or to harm or kill its sovereign.
2. a violation of allegiance to one's sovereign or to one's state.
3. the betrayal of a trust or confidence; breach of faith; treachery.
To a progressive, it is a betrayal of trust to oppose anything they label as social justice.
I am guessing that to the moonbats not voting for/supporting B. Obama is treason

Does this mean I can arrest Harry Reid for treason? After all, he did declare our efforts in Iraq "Lost" and doesn't have much to say about the tremendous progress made over there.

Actually I thought this crossed a line. If the Democrats control Congress even more securely after November's election, they can start holding hearings in January. It will confirm the worst fears of the conservatives, but on the other hand it's not like Congress could do much to Mr. Rove anyway.

Personally, I thought this was pretty ridiculous.

But then the wingers go off with their extreme generalizations, sloganeering and ad hominem attacks because what one liberal does MUST be what all liberals do.

Whatever. At some point, you'll realize that the exteme rhetoric you use is one of the reason why the Republican Party as become so out of touch with the mainstream. You goes have gone so far to the right and all-in on the over-the-top rhetoric that you sound like parodies of wingers.

Do you appreciate that? Your rhetoric is SO out there that you sound like a parody of yourself.

I mean, John K. can talk about riots, but it just makeshim sound like a lunatic. And slightly racist, as in, "That's what those people do."

Heir can reference "moonbats," but I suppose that requires a considerable cognitive disconnect to disregard the loonies up in arms about the mythical spectre of socialism or that somehow a terrorist was elected to the US Senate. I mean, you represent a political ideology that's frightened by a person's name, that believes in outrageous conspiracies about birth certificates w/o EVER providing compelling evidence to even remotely support that claim and that likes to shout out things like "Kill him" and "he's a terrorist."

I suppose our little winger friends are just forgetting the cries of "Treason" and "Traitor" at Palin/McCain rallies directed towards Obama for simply having the audacity to run for President.

Prove it. With links to actual news stories, not DU, Daily Kos or Huffington... You can't. No such cries ("Treason" "Traitor") have been heard at ANY McCain or Palin event, to the best of my knowledge.

Even the supposed "Kill Him" at the Palin Scranton rally may have been a fallacy, according to the Secret Service.. most likely was a figment of imangination of the lone reporter who "reported" it.. no others came forward to confirm.. NO ONE.. you would think that SOMEONE would have heard such a screamed comment and reported it. I DO NOT condone such sophomoric and childish actions.. even if done by an Obama supporter trying to stir-up the pot.

Nice try... swing and a miss, jaywillie.
